The products of this farm, qualitatively the best among Family’s cellars, are distributed directly or through specialized companies exclusively in the restaurant trade.
Many of our wines won important awards and acknowledgments.
Besides the wine, we produce a restrained volume of Extra Vergine olive-oil, pressing the few olives grown in Selva Capuzza grounds.

PODERE SELVA CAPUZZA
LUGANA DOC

A selection of pure Lugana which gets its name from the farm, it’s a wine of great personality. It is of persistent structure, presenting firstly floral fragrances which become fruity, increasing the richness of the aroma but with correct refinement.

This product is let fermenting in oak barrels. The time spent in wood is carefully controlled so that the wine’s characteristics are not hidden, but exalted in their depth and fullness, leaving the fineness to dominate the senses.

CAMPO DEL SOGLIO
SAN MARTINO DELLA BATTAGLIA DOC

This is one of the smallest doc areas in Italy. Produced with Tocai grapes, its fineness is its main characteristic. Delicate and very slightly aromatic, it is produced without being matured in wood, leaving the various fragrances to come out with their distinctiveness.		 lt. 0,75 LUME VINO DOLCE
DA APPASSIMENTO

Produced with Tocai and Turbiana grapes which are dried on racks. A fine and eqiuilibrated wine, with notes of sweetness and freshness between those of fragrant acidity.		 lt. 0,50
 

MADÉR
GARDA CLASSICO DOC ROSSO SUPERIORE

Rosso is of distinct fragrance, fascinating depth and great softness, it’s matured in oak barrels for 12/14 months. It has a fruity fragrance which is well structured with the not too overpowering notes of wood.		 lt. 0,75
