The
Hirundo Cellar has an extremely important history since 1908, being one of the first cellar to propose spumanti produced from Lugana grapes.
When Hirundo passed into Formentini family, the name was changed to its current name
Colli a
Lago, and the historical name was reserved for the production of spumante both “metodo classico” (with fermentation in bottle) and “charmat”. |
