This ancient cellar is dedicated to the traditional wines from Tuscany and includes a whole choice of wines in addition to the typical Chianti wine.
In the Giannini assortment you can find both white and red wines and among these the most traditional Italian bottle: the “Fiasco” (straw bottle). This peculiar bottle expresses all the tradition that finds its roots in Italian wine-making history.
The complete production consists of 1,5 million bottles.

CHIANTI DOCG GIANNINI Straw This traditional Chianti DOCG comprises Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes. It has a bright lively ruby-red colour and a bouquet distinguished by violet scent which become more and more intense as it ages. Its taste is harmonious, dry, sapid and pleasantly tannic and is softened by further refinement.		CHIANTI DOCG GIANNINI Bottle This traditional Chianti DOCG comprises Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero, Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes. It has a bright lively ruby-red colour and a bouquet distinguished by violet scent which become more and more intense as it ages. Its taste is harmonious, dry, sapid and pleasantly tannic and is softened by further refinement.

BIANCO VERGINE DI VALDICHIANA DOC GIANNINI It is a white wine made primarily from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti grapes, along with a little amount of other white-grapes varieties from the Chiana valley, near Arezzo city. It has a straw-yellow colour, often with greenish reflections, a neutral perfume with a rich, delicate and appealing bouquet and a dry flavour.	lt. 0,75 lt. 1,5	BIANCOSPINO IGT GIANNINI The Biancospino is our light white wine from the Tuscan hills, made by Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes. ROSSO TOSCANO IGT GIANNINI Red wine of good structure made by Sangiovese, Canaiolo Nero, Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, it presents red colour with garnet reflections and a typical vinous odour.
